Ella's First Haircut!

The BEFORE

Clearly this is a child in need of a bang trim, yes? YES.


So...off to Cool Cuts for Kids. After waiting a while, Ella had a shampoo. Mama C loves getting shampoos at the salon, so she of course thought Ella would also enjoy such an indulgence.


Mama C was wrong.
Very very wrong.


There are no pics of the shampoo because Mama C had to hold a crying and screaming Ella down with both hands so the poor hair stylist could shampoo Miss Ella Capri. (At least mommy and daddy don't have to shampoo her tonight--yay!).

Things started looking up after the shampoo though. Ella was in her very own taxi cab! 
And, each booth had it's own DVD with a movie playing. Ella choose Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. (Fortunately, this distracted her from the rest of the haircut).


All in all, not a horrible experience.
